Pros
Interesting and meaningful projects; good, hardworking people. Great benefits. Fun culture.
Cons
Lower pay than competitors. Poor work-life balance. PMs and upper management work late and set this poor example for younger folks. The company is getting more diverse in lower-levels but is still heavily male dominated in leadership. For such a seemingly progressive company I would have hoped they practice what they preach. Profit comes before well-being of employees. There is little flexibility and opportunity in shaping your role to your own desires. The company needs to invest more in itself. However, this doesn’t work with an externally-focused business model. So much of my work was redundant and could be automated. Would have automated it myself if I wasn’t overworked and undervalued. High churn rate of graduate engineers.
