      great benefits, free on site health care center for yourself and family, friendly environment and always willing to help you with anything

      Cons

      it does seem that people who do not put forth as much effort as others seem to be the ones that get ahead based on them being friendly to management and not based on their actual performance.

      Pros

      Working at Arup was a great experience, surrounded by smart, motivated, and mission-driven peers.

      Cons

      This may have since improved, but at least previously, the America's region felt rather second-class compared to UK. Most/all senior leadership, even in the US, was British.

      Pros

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
