Rubbish Pay - Accounts Clerk Arup Employee Review

The wage does not accurately reflect experience and managers often will use personal feelings to not give you a decent pay rise come April, staff within finance are too scared/worried to say anything but see how well the Engineers/Consultants get paid in comparison. I have gone up £3K (3 grades) in 7 years where as some engineers will go up 5 or 6 grade levels in that time (I cannot accurately say their wage increase), in job interviews or when you're starting they job they always say that the pay is great at Arup and that it competes with other companies to pay the best but its just not true. And this doesn't come from a disgruntled, former worker, it comes from an employee that still works there and has 7 years experience of this happening over and again to people
