      Pros

      Arup is a fantastic place to work and values its employees with a number of different benefits other similar organisations don't offer. It has great flexibility.

      Cons

      It sometimes felt like a bit of a popularity contest to get to do the bits of the work you wanted to do. It was also common to be pigeon holed into a certain type of work.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
