Asurion offers many great things but should not be a long term career option. - Managing Director Asurion Employee Review

Pros

Higher than average pay, unlimited PTO, great HQ building (amenities, aesthetics), many great professional development opportunities

Cons

The upper-level leadership is generally insular, inept, and often lacks integrity. They micro-manage and don't allow independent thinking by their juniors. Leadership tends to be more concerned about their brand and "exterior polish" than driving business results.

Pros

Can earn good pay. Friendly at the entry level

Cons

You will never be considered good enough at your job. They will nit pick everything and let you know weekly. If you succeed at reaching goals they just double the amount needed for goal. Promotion is based off office politics. Work long enough and you will see pay model continuously change so you make less money.
