Pros

Free coffee, the people who work with you are very friendly and supportive and do all they can to help you avoid getting fired.

Cons

They hire and fire like water from a tap. You are constantly told there is opportunity for progression, but thats LITERALLY the only thing they can say to keep talented people there because the truth is, the place is a nightmare. You get 3 breaks > 15m, a 30min lunch then another 15m. You are treated as an expendable number which is evident as they hire 12 people each month and only 5 or 6 will make it past training. The strategy is hire a large group and whittle it down to the most obedient few. Unpaid overtime is expected. Make a note of what I say next: everyone there does not feel like their job is secure and feel they could lose it at any moment. A girl who worked there for 4 years was instantly shown the door for forgetting to put her mobile in her locker. Another fired for spilling coffee, fired for coming in hungover, fired for complaining about the company, fired for being sick in the first 4 months (They guy was throwing up in the toilet and sent home permanently) Loyalty is NOT rewarded, it is a sign of weakness which is fully taken advantage of. From one human being to another, I implore you, find somewhere else to work because its cruel to watch so much suffering. The HR department write fake reviews on here to try to hide the truth, luckily they are easy to spot.

Pros

Fellow staff members friendly and always helpful If you are not sure about something and the pay is ok for the role.

Cons

The un social hours and really bad management of people. Like another reviewer said, when you go for interview, they sell you the dream but the reality is far different. Also I did not apply for this job, I was heavily recruited by Ranstad employment agency. They also have an extremely high turnover of CSR's it's like a revolving door of constant recruitment but they are not able to retain people as they leave after 4 weeks. Too focused on stats and QA The bonus scheme has been changed to make more impossible to achieve. There are some bad and close to immoral practices going on in terms of how the insurance is being sold to customers. Avoid this company!!!
