Great, young & dynamic people. Home office possibility, a lot of extra activities , possibility to change your professional path or department after some time (internal candidates are in advantage, like in any other company), trainings, recommendation bonuses
Cons
No raises or if there are any - the budget is very small and the raise is very small. No raise even after changing the department and job description. Be aware and negotiate well your salary before being hired!
