      (1) Deep capabilities and visionary technology thinking across the wider Atos group outside of Consulting (2) Strong group companies such as Worldline / Bull - very useful capabilities to draw on (3) Deep public sector presence and capability (4) Strong European presence.

      Cons

      (1) Focused largely on IT project and program management despite the 'digital' labeling (2) Driven by traditional consulting metrics around utilization - focus on staff augmentation and the next 6 weeks - 6 months execution, rather than any vision of the future for clients. (3) Weak client management & sales processes especially in the private sector (4) Insular organization & culture
