Pros
1) Do your own hard work and you will get rewarded. 2) Fair chance of onsite. 3) Variable pay is about 10% and that is 100% payable and even you get easily 120% if you are dedicated to your work. 4) Managers are approachable. 5) You get your leave when required.
Cons
1) HR functionalists would have been better. (But it is better than a lot of other organizations) 2) Time punch based attendance system
