Constant Pay Check.Never was Micro Managed.I'm actually fortunate to be part of a descent Project ,Team and good Client.If you are good/sure at what you do then the Management wont intervene much.
Cons
No Pay Raise,No Bonus to actual People who are responsible for keeping the customers happy.You Rarely get recognized for the Hard work you put in.No Carrier Advancement Opportunities.
