      - Good team (but it's more about the people rather than what company has to do with it.

      Cons

      -Micro-micro management -Huge pressure, even when unnecessary -Terrible managers, not knowing what they do -Very disrespectful treatment to workers (indirectly) -Literally lying to you at interview about what will be your responsibilities -Bonuses based purely on if the manager likes your "eyes" a.k.a favoritism
