Pros
Working with good co-workers. But some need to improve social skills to interact with the client.
Cons
Stagnant. Low pay, never a raise but often there are pay cuts. Forced furlough time, but they try to keep that from the client. Most techs are long term temps with no benefits. Forced to use vacation time in VEBA states. HR Dept. cannot keep track of accrued time off. More focused on internal company projects no matter how it affects the customer. Losing long standing accounts. No new major accounts. Way too many mid-level managers who are focused on numbers and reports who remind you of a used car salesman. Those that get benefits have seen costs go up and quality go down. Over the last 5 years my rate has remained the same but I have made less and less each year.
