      Multi-cultural environment. Good training and educational programs are available to take advantage of. If you can find the time to do it.

      Cons

      Trying to achieve what I would call an 80/20 mix of US based resources. With US resources being in the 20% category. Desparate for revenue and will oversell and under deliver.
