Large account base from which to choose They will not bother you, as long as you accomplish the minimum baseline arranged.
Cons
Simply put, as the intermediary it is, the company will ONLY be interested in its revenue, and the negotiations will be between Atos and its client (the account you work in) and NOT you. Atos will "negotiate" with you only AFTER the above, simply to tell you what they had already arranged. At least in Argentina, the managers will never tell you the truth about what's really going on. Like a sort of "if you like it, great. If don´t, you already know where the door is".
