Pros

Good employees on the teams. Great place to start if you are working on getting your career going from the classroom to the workforce. Will learn the skills you need to succeed in another company and what not to do from observing the mistakes made in this Company.

Cons

Watch your back. Senior management will not lift a finger to support their staff when it comes to pay increases, cost of living or promotions. Management will state that you should be glad to have a job and then let you know that you can be replaced by another person on the street will to take a reduction in pay. Contract employees are left in the dark when it comes to asking for fulltime benefits. Senior management does not have the balls to stand up for their employees and would rather point the cross-hairs of vengeance for their mistakes on to the technical staff. When the economy is bad, they will start looking at who to cut based on how many write-ups they can dish out on each team member in order to make their numbers look good. Headquarters will not listen to Senior management when it comes to the demand of resources to fill holes. Too many long hours if you are salary. Management loves to enforce staff to work nights and weekends with no compensation. Anything is better than this place (being a beggar on the street).

Pros

Treats employees fairly, good benefits, and a competitive salary

Cons

Atos has had some lean years, and there were times we worried about layoffs. Additionally, if contracts end, they may terminate the employment of these employees.
