Pros
if it wasn’t a busy day they’d let you leave -depending on the tech training it could be good but the experience working with people on the phone was great for starting out
Cons
they expected the employees help them make up there budgeting differences by asking people to stay home so they didn’t have to pay them This is a pro and a con. The team i worked on threw in office party’s all the time which was awesome but we supplied a lot of our stuff out of our own pocket…but the company made sure to hop in and say “we helped..”
