Pros

Only pro is fam trip.

Cannot say enough terrible things. Management is a group of bullies. MULTIPLE chats have been leaked about managers saying nasty things about their employees. Pay is way below market standard, commission is insanely low, even though they make it seem like you can make a decent living. The company is pocketing most of your commission. These trips are also insanely overpriced for what they are. They call us “specialists” but most people don’t know anything but the basics about their assigned country. Overworking is not only encouraged, but expected. If the company is suffering, they blame individuals instead of looking within. Worst management I have ever encountered. Unprofessional, uneducated, undertrained, and overall MEAN. Forgot to mention: they hire about 8 new people a month, just to fire about 8 people a month!

The culture we’ve created for our employees has been built over the last 26 years by listening and acting on their feedback, and with over 900 employees (some of whom have been with us from the start or have left and then returned to us), we take great pride in having created a professional environment where everyone feels listened to, valued, involved and where they can relax and have fun through numerous social events throughout the year in the workplace. We know that our people are happy working at Audley because we ask them that very question every quarter in our employee engagement survey, together with a whole host of other questions such as ‘feeling comfortable being myself at work’, ‘equal opportunity to succeed’ and what their relationship is like with their manager (do they feel supported, communicated to, does the manager have the right skills and abilities to lead the team and does the manager care about them as a person). We would take it very seriously if we received a complaint in the form of bullying and address any issues as soon as we were made aware of them. Diversity Equity and Inclusion is at the very heart of our organisation and every single employee understands the importance of inclusiveness and treating each other with the respect that they deserve. There are a number of avenues and options that employees can take to give their feedback and we would encourage the writer of this review to seek out those such as a HR business partner, a senior leader or a member of our Group Executive Board to discuss their individual concerns so the appropriate action can be taken.

Pros

The people who work here are generally fun and interesting, the product available is high-quality, generous PTO, decent flexibility with hybrid working, FAM trips.

Cons

There is very little opportunity for growth if you are successful in sales in this company. Taking a management position would be a major step back financially if you succeed in sales. The executive leadership team treats employees like children and are not very transparent in their decision making. Sales management team is wonderful, but there is a major disconnect between higher leadership and the sales teams. Senior specialists who have made significant contributions to the business over many years are treated like a number, not a person.
