Pros

Good team and good benefits - travel discounts and opportunities, fully paid healthcare, decent PTO, decent company events. Some of these things became less important to be over time and as I grew my skillset/got older.

Cons

Terrible pay for hours and expectations. Sales goals are high pressure. If you aren't hitting goals, it's talked about often, and if you are, it's not praised really but asked about how you're going to hit that again next month... with pennies in commission on big ticket bookings.

Pros

The people who work here are generally fun and interesting, the product available is high-quality, generous PTO, decent flexibility with hybrid working, FAM trips.

Cons

There is very little opportunity for growth if you are successful in sales in this company. Taking a management position would be a major step back financially if you succeed in sales. The executive leadership team treats employees like children and are not very transparent in their decision making. Sales management team is wonderful, but there is a major disconnect between higher leadership and the sales teams. Senior specialists who have made significant contributions to the business over many years are treated like a number, not a person.
