      Many opportunities to work on global/international projects. Good pay and benefits

      Due to the merger with Carefusion, so many things are changing at the same time. At times it seems like the company is trying to do too much and relying on the same resources to do everything.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
