      Need to support 24X7, cumbersome and complicated processes, IT outsourcing has added lot of complexity and headache to your job. Very political , People are holding territories and alliances,

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
