      Pension plan, a dedicated workforce.

      Cons

      Rapid acquisitions are causing confusion in the old company and the newly acquired organizations. Doesn't seem ready for the real "big time " as they think they might be.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
