      -You can walk around the building freely.

      Cons

      -Flattening the org for the past 5 years and counting. You won't get far. -Favoritism -Won't promote form within -6 month intervals to let people go -Low pay -They will suspend or take away your 401k

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
