      Toxic employee culture (stressed-out individuals), work/life balance is limited at best, languishing share price, and too many (useless) meetings!

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
