      Good benefits and great people to work with. The company makes a very conscious effort to be honest and to make a positive impact in the world and the communities that we live in.

      Honestly, I don't have any strong cons to list. The company is great to work for. I appreciate the people and the environment.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
