      Pros

      Solid company with really good products and quite a bit of flexibility (historical comparison - not compared to COVID WFH era). A lot of really good people to work with.

      Cons

      There is a lot of hurry hurry hurry then wait-hold-freeze. You can't go for more than 2 months without a freeze in some way (travel, spend, hiring etc)

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
