      -Can be pulled in to help cover Sales Dept -Not enough time or resourced to help achieve goals -Can be unfairly assessed on productivity when "helping customers" are a big factor -The hard work you do can sometimes go unnoticed -Depending upon store, upper management can either micro manage you or not enough support
