Pros
The only pro is that you get paid weekly.
Cons
Associates are overworked and underpaid. Management constantly has the store understaffed and expects one employee to do the job of three. Management gives associates the harder tasks while they do the easier tasks. Management is little to no help and when you ask for help they give you an attitude and are rude every time. Management does not care to watch you struggle as they do nothing. They are constantly pushing associates to get credit card applications and base your entire performance on cc apps because they receive commission while associates get nothing. The hours are horrible and they will deny time off even when requested weeks in advance but they will send out the schedule less than a week before making it hard to plan your life. Customers are the rudest people I have ever met and management gives no support. Management will micro manage you while they stand there and do the bare minimum. Do not work here if you prioritize your mental health.
