      Salary was good as compared to other customer service competitors...food was also ok...training time is good

      Cons

      lots of restrictions and rules...long hour shifts,bad leave policy,no public holidays not even Diwali.. I was in VCC so lots of call pressure,odd working hours,bad background verifier .

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
