People are good to work with, overall competent. Benefits is good or better than average compared to other UK banks. The culture is quite good and you can feel people are proud to be working there.
Cons
Bureaucracy just like any other large corporation, although not uncommon for this type of financial services firm. People look at your job grade first, then your title, then your name.
