      Pros

      Pay and benefits are great, and overall culture at the Glasgow office is brilliant.

      Cons

      Your experience is very much team-dependent. Lots of great teams and people at the firm, but equally quite a few bad ones too. Once you are stuck in one, it can be very difficult to dig your way out. Processes can be extremely slow also, which often makes the most simple of tasks quite a pain to achieve.

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
