7yHi and thanks for your feedback. There is a fundamental truth in your feedback that applies to any business, in that a colleague's experience of a company is really dependant on their manager. I'm sure like every business we have managers at all levels of the awesomeness scale. We are working hard to make sure that every manager has the skills and support they need to be awesome. We have recently launched our award winning Leadership Behaviour Framework, that will help us build and improve the management and leadership skills across BookingGo as a whole.
