There are not much benefits to work at this company. Nice and tidy but inside it is just a rotten apple. The leadership is like in a typical American company, They sucking your blood and than leave you. Very high % of the employees are on long sick leave reason of burnt out, now during covid and home office probably this % has dropped. The professionalism of the leadership: team leaders, site leaders etc is very low. Possibility of the professional growth is ZERO. Now and than there are not many promotions. As an employee of Booking.com I feel like a trained monkey with reduced human rights.
