Pros

My first 3 months working at Booking.com has been a rewarding experience with many positives that make it a great place to grow both professionally and personally. Here are some key aspects I appreciate: - Inclusive Culture: The company places a strong emphasis on making sure everyone feels welcome and valued since day one. The sense of belonging here is truly special. - Global Exposure: Booking.com is a truly international company, providing opportunities to collaborate with talented people from all over the world. - Career Development: There are ample opportunities for learning and career progression. ,You’re always encouraged to grow both by formal trainings but specially in tackling challenging new projects - Work-Life Balance: The company promotes a healthy work-life balance in a hybrid work environment. - Innovative Environment: Booking.com fosters a spirit of innovation, always encouraging employees to bring new ideas to the table and push the boundaries of what’s possible

Cons

- Decision-making can sometimes be slow due to the growing size of the organization. Streamlining processes and reducing internal bureaucracy could help drive more agile progress.

Pros

People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

Cons

Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
