CR role is simply post rental customer service. The tasks are repetitive and can be taught to 15 years old's. In this department you will find people from different backgrounds, people with degrees in engineering, philosophy, Master's or PhD even, but also people without academic degrees. it is nice to see these people working alongside each other however you will see many of them unsatisfied with their position in the company, trying to push forward and trying to show their skills in hope to be noticed and promoted.
They allow WFH but they monitor you closely by the minuet. They claim flexibility but they are not really.
They claim to provide support and your manager will have monthly 121 meetings to support you but what they actually do is insure you are keeping up the numbers. they claim opportunities of learning and development and career progression but these are tailored to certain individuals who are close to the management.
It seems that sometimes they just "wing it" and see what comes out. For instance they always come up with a new innovative idea that is simply to change the structure of the teams, the hierarchy, to cover up on their fault and create an illusion that you are doing something in a higher professional level.
Look closely at the managerial roles - they are all simply WHITE. no problem with that but how do you then claim diversity and inclusion?.
If you are looking for an easy job, meaningless and not looking to be promoted, then go for it and apply for this job, if you are ambitious, motivated and looking for a bright future, find yourself a better place to start at.
