Pros
Worked with a good team, had support from staff and rarely dealt with drama from staff.
Cons
Management are horrible, multiple disciplinary worthy actions and no punishment, horrible attitude and communication from managers. Overworked, not correct pay, no help from management or above managers either. Customers will threaten you and scream at you (especially in Swindon) no amount of money makes that environment worth it.
