Pros
I'm only 21, and thanks to my 2 years at BA I have seen the world! Stayed in some fab hotels, met celebs/VIP's onboard, and received some of the worlds best customer service training
Cons
No work life balance, hard to plan more than 1 month ahead due to roster publication schedule, some trips NEED to trigger more days off than currently agreed, due to time zones/flight times etc
