Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback. While we're pleased to hear you’ve found aspects of your role – such as the coffee card and salary – to be positive, we're truly sorry that your broader experience has not reflected the values we strive to uphold.
The concerns you’ve raised about organisational culture, safeguarding, and the treatment of vulnerable tenants are extremely serious. The language and attitudes described are wholly unacceptable and do not align with the standards of respect and professionalism we expect. We strongly encourage you to report these incidents through the appropriate channels, such as HR or senior management, so they can be properly investigated.
We understand your frustrations around our coaching model, IT systems, and recognition practices. These are all areas we continue to review and improve, and honest input from colleagues like yourself is vital to that process.
Your advice to treat tenants with humanity and to take ownership of issues is powerful and well taken. As a landlord and community partner, we are committed to learning, improving, and ensuring both our residents and staff feel valued and supported.
We’re keen to speak with you further about your experience and would welcome the opportunity to listen directly. Please feel free to contact me at Recruitment.Team@bromford.co.uk if you would be willing to have a confidential conversation.
Thank you again for your openness and for the work you do.
All the best,
Natalie
