Pros

Parent company is amazing. PVH has always treated their employees very well.

Cons

Too many tasks that take away from time engaging with customers. Price changes more than three times a week and they don't ring correctly at the register. Technology available to make day to day tasks easier is only given to large stores in cities. If you work at a small store, your job is made harder by lack of equipment and support from upper management. It takes money to make money. They need to invest in tools for all stores across thr board, not just some. Bonus threshold is set to benefit certain demographics and completely out of reach for others.

Pros

Zero honestly. Everyone in this building has Stockholm syndrome if they can think of any. Maybe the 2 days a week working from home.

Cons

Management refused to manage downward AT ALL. I’ve never seen a corporate company in such disarray and disorganization. None of management are fashion people or involved in the industry and almost none of the work ever leaves your desk. Bonuses are constantly cut as revenue falls while work increases. Toxic culture and people with attitudes are rewarded.
