    Pros

50% Discount and some nice customers.

    Cons

Management have a social in the office 24/7 and ignore underlying issues.
Even when issues were highlighted managers still ignored it and allowed it to continue which is why there is such a big turnover in staff as there's no support and it's actually the assistant manager and manager that allow and create the hierarchy by belittling you and allowing staff to ask them if myself as a supervisor would say no to a break - they then go and ask the manager who instead of advising to speak to the team leader of that day they will undermine whatever you have said causing little respect from everyone else.
Managers slated the Area managers on the shop floor which doesn't give a good impression on what they say about everyone else if they have such little respect for their superiors.
Management allow a hierarchy with whoever has been their longest and allow groups to outcast the new starters.

    Advice to Management

Communicate with the WHOLE team not just who you 'click' with.
    Listen and resolve issues.
Break up the 'groups' that act like they own the store and even speak to customers like they are worthless.
One lady wanted to buy a small thong and a sale assistant looked at her and advised she should get a medium - after the customer advised small should be fine the sale assistant continued to hold them in front of her and ask 'are you 100%?' at this point the lady went and swapped the thong and I felt embarrassed for the customer because of how rude this colleague was, - and once the sale assistant left the tills the lady asked if I'd mind if she did go for the small after all - I could only apologise and explained it's personal preference but this is not the first time I've heard the sale assistants treat customers like this plenty of customers walked back out because of this and also whoever is on fitting rooms (usually a favourite) need's to know how to smile as I felt intimidated around the store because of how un-approachable they make themselves let alone customers...
