      Pros

      Working for CH2M inspires you every day. Motives you earn more knowledge and become better. All these in a friendly environment, with people who really care about the society's good.

      Cons

      A disadvantage I could spot is the working hours that are 8.5h (including the lunch break). Not that bad, but there are some countries-companies that have been trying the 6h or 7h contract with the same productive results.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
