      Pros

      excellent onboarding process for new hires with lots of hands-on training and mentoring. company provided me an opportunity to work in north america and now Europe which has validated my MBA quest for a global career in IT

      Cons

      Didn't experience any negatives with onboarding. we were given presentations, checklists, helpful links and opportunities via World cafe to continue into communities for our interests outside of day-to-day job.
