Pros
There are lots of great people at Capita who I really enjoyed working with. I always liked my immediate bosses. A lot of the roles are largely remote working (which can be good, although I'd prefer some more activities with a base office)
Cons
No bonuses in recent years, the company has been going through a long people of turning the company around and restructuring. Limited movement around the company takes place. Long hours.
