Pros
- excellent mentor ship - steep learning curve - you do learn ITIL Service Lifecycle (day in, day out) - wide range of DBMS, data bases and so on - lots of (lost) potential
Cons
- Lack of consistency and fairness on reward packages across team members - Yearly pay reviews not done - payment in itself isn't bad, however if you factor in high skill cap and great responsibility -> the payment looks diabolically bad. - toxic work environment -> Do happy people make the life of motivated good looking people miserable? - They are out sourcing the development teams to india
