Pros
Great company for growth opportunities, benefits, and decent pay. There is support if you are struggling within your role; they work hard to provide the best experience possible.
Cons
Company-wide layoff, decent severance, but it appears that a foreign company that they were contracted with that was helping us out during busy seasons was brought in to take our jobs, although Capital One was doing exceptionally well. This was a real let down, because as a Capital One customer as well, I called in for some assistance and the very people who took over our jobs almost caused me to lose my vehicle, because someone had went into the system and changed the middle initial of my name without my knowledge, the issue was so bad that it went up to the Office of the President, where it was resolved. The painful part about it, the reps that I spoke to each time before speaking to a US rep could barely understand anything I was saying, and vice versa. I believe that they hired these people for less than the amount they were paying us.
