The relentless pressure and lack of consideration for employees’ mental resilience contribute significantly to burnout. As you here it means you are interested or you got an offer from Checkout.com , my advice for you is to find other opportunity even with less salary, you will waste your time doing CRUD work with no creativity under unprofessional leaders , I regret every moment I spent in this company
