Pros
Large company with a strong brand, service offering and happy customers. The pay plan for account managers is tough - new business is extremely tough however for major AM's there is excellent money to be made
Cons
Poor company culture, very corporate and both the company and management suffer from overinflated ego's as well as a slightly outdated approach to business and social culture.
