Amazing Brands, Very talented staff, great pay & perks, superb training for Marketing staff but not for Sales staff. Superb leave for Management (30 days/year). Great advancement opportunities, great feeling of cultural history and team spirit.
Cons
Very selfish Board and Senior Management with self-centred short term views. Too many Chiefs in middle/Senior Management not telling whole truth to board. Too much politics, cliques and favouritism. "Yes Men" prospered under ineffective Senior Managers while talent suppressed. Changing over time. Too many short term contract workers today. No cultural continuity - that's why market share has been dropping for 25 years and competitors gaining all the time. Accountants ruining the company for short term share considerations
