Poor management and toxic environment - Warehouse Worker Dunelm Employee Review

Bad management, store manager is very lazy, no interaction or communication in the store, never response to headset. Lack of staff, messy store and only 1-2 people on recovery which is ridiculous for the size of the store, delivery totes are everywhere in trading hours.
