toxic management and workplace as most colleagues working there together for last 20 years, so there was a very toxic US v THEM culture. sort of middle aged women who bullied teenagers on minimum wage (this was before age equal pay) where i was on £6 an hour and all the oldies who did bare minimum were on almost double! -managers and older colleagues like to gossip in warehouse sat on their bums whilst ordering about everyone else who wasn’t in their clique.
