We appreciate your feedback. I'm pleased to read your positive comments on our growth and compensation opportunities. However, your feedback related to diversity and inclusion is concerning. We are committed to becoming a more diverse workforce and maintaining a workplace where all employees can thrive, and we want to share what we are doing. We are intentionally working to advance our D&I efforts. Earlier this year, we made a stated commitment to increase racial and ethnic diversity within our U.S. workforce. Since then, we have increased by 1.2 percentage points. We also conduct annual non-discrimination testing in all locations U.S.-wide to ensure that people of color are not experiencing disparate treatment with regards to hiring, promotions, compensation and other aspects of employment.
